Soulful Expansion — Private Coaching
You've spent years reading the room, holding things together, showing up for everyone. The work we do here starts somewhere different: with you, specifically, and what's actually running underneath.
Where this begins
Your brain is remarkably good at one thing: proving itself right.
Whatever you believe, consciously or not, it will find the evidence. It shapes what you notice, what you reach for, what you talk yourself out of.
The problem is when the belief running the show isn't one you chose. It's one you absorbed, a long time ago. From learning that love comes from being useful. That keeping the peace is your job. That having needs makes you difficult.
You didn't decide these things. You just learned them.
And now here you are, knowing your patterns, still inside them. Understanding exactly why you do something and still watching yourself do it anyway.
That gap is where this work lives. That's where we start.
You've read the books. Tried the journaling. Maybe done some therapy.
The insight is there.
But intellectual knowledge and embodied wisdom are two different things. You can understand exactly why you do something and still not be able to stop. You can know your patterns and still watch yourself repeat them.
What hasn't happened yet is someone sitting with you long enough to notice the belief that's been quietly running the show.
What becomes possible
This isn't about dramatic transformation. It's about the ordinary moments that start to feel different. Yours.
Stillness
It's late. You finally have time for yourself. You lie down. And almost immediately start scrolling. Turning on the familiar series you've been bingeing. While your brain replaying tomorrow's list. The thing you said to that person. You're lying down but you're not resting. This time, you notice it. You put the phone face down. That's enough for now.
You can stop without needing a reason.
Ownership
Money comes in. You notice the number. Usually by now you'd already be thinking about where it needs to go, who needs something, what's overdue. This time you just let it sit there for a moment. It's yours. You don't have to do anything with it yet.
You start to feel safe with money, not just with earning it.
Permission
It rises. Maybe it's anger. Maybe it's grief. Maybe both at once and you don't know why. You don't need to know why. You don't smooth it away. You don't make yourself wrong for it. You just let it move through you.
You allow yourself to feel what you feel.
Choice
Someone in the group is struggling. You can see it. The old version of you would already be typing. Already offering. Already rearranging your afternoon. You pause. You check in with yourself first. Do I actually have space for this? This time you wait. Not because you don't care. Because you're learning the difference between wanting to help and feeling like you have to.
You can care without it costing you every time.
Courage
You write it. Your chest tightens. "Is this good enough, am I good enough?" You feel it. You post it anyway. Not because the doubt is gone. Because you stopped letting it have the last word.
You create without waiting to feel ready.
Openness
A friend offers to help. Immediately something calculates. "If I say yes, I'll owe something." You feel it, that familiar weight of having to do something nice in return, before anything has even happened. You catch it. You say yes anyway. Just yes. Something in you relaxes. You exhale.
Receiving starts to feel okay.
Living like this isn't a luxury. It's how you come back to yourself.
I want this for myselfThe work
Whatever you bring into the room, we follow it.
Most of the time, the thing keeping you stuck isn't what it looks like on the surface. The relationship that keeps costing you. The feeling that you're never quite enough. The money that arrives and before you've had a moment to think, it's already moving. To the family situation. To the person who needs it. To the thing that feels urgent. Not because you chose wrong. Because you never got to choose at all.
These are usually symptoms of something older. A belief you picked up a long time ago that's been quietly running everything since.
The work is finding that belief. Not by overthinking it, but by following it back to where it started. In your body. In what you learned growing up. In the moment it felt safer to just go along with things.
And then, carefully and at your pace, shifting it.
We start with your Human Design chart. Not as a verdict on who you are. As a starting point we look at together, and you tell me what fits.
After that, the tools follow what's happening. ThetaHealing to find and shift the core beliefs and patterns that have been running underneath. EFT when something needs to move in the body first. Parts work when there's a voice in your head that isn't quite yours. Nervous system and somatic work, so you have somewhere to put what comes up between us. Coaching when you need to think out loud and have someone actually listen.
The tools aren't the point. You are.
From fixing to understanding
Instead of treating your habits or heavy emotions like problems to be solved, we look at them with open curiosity. It's about figuring out why those patterns showed up in the first place, rather than just forcing them to disappear.
From performing to just showing up
You don't need to bring a polished version of yourself here. The goal isn't to curate a perfect life. It's about learning how to be fully present in your own skin, even when things feel a little messy.
From pushing through to pausing
When things get overwhelming the instinct is to keep going. We practice checking in with yourself first, so your next step comes from clarity rather than exhaustion.
From protecting to connecting
A lot of what keeps us stuck is just a very old way of staying safe. We work on letting that guard down gently, so you can show up in your relationships without feeling like you have to earn your place first.
Hi, I'm Mardew
For a long time, I was the strong one. The one who set impossible standards for herself. The one who was never allowed to mess up. Who always seemed okay.
From a young age, I learned that being helpful and low-maintenance was safer than being honest. Saying yes became automatic. Nggak enakan wasn't just a feeling, it was a way of being "good." Guilt became something I carried as proof that I cared.
I replayed conversations in my head. Learned to guess everyone's moods. Adjusted myself around others. And somewhere in all of that, I learned that needing support meant being a burden. So I became very, very good at not needing anything.
Not because I was weak. Because I adapted. Because obedience and self-sacrifice were often treated as virtues.
I see this same pattern in the people I work with. The ones who hold everything together for everyone else. And the ones sitting on something real, a gift, a knowing, a calling, who keep making themselves smaller before the world even gets a chance to respond.
And I know that what shifts things isn't more advice or another framework. It's being genuinely seen by someone who isn't trying to fix you. Someone who's just really, truly interested in you.
That's what I bring.
"When you're ready to stop performing and start being known, this space is here for you."
Soulful Expansion
A private space where the work gets to be slow, specific, and actually yours.
Eight sessions over ten weeks, plus two integration weeks with no session at all. One after session four, one after session six. They're built in on purpose. Some of the most useful work happens in the week between, when there's room for things to settle in your body and in your ordinary days.
Between sessions, you can reach me on WhatsApp. The small noticings, the hard days, the things worth celebrating. Send them as they come. The ones worth sitting with, we'll sit with together when we meet.
In their own words
"I understand myself better now."
I used to feel so unsure if my life even fit me anymore. Now, I have my own anchor. I've learned what actually gives me energy, and I finally trust myself to navigate the difficult moments just by being present.

"I finally stopped feeling like a burden."
I learned that it's okay to have all these big feelings and that I can actually receive support without the guilt. This space was the first time I felt safe enough to stop performing.

"Yang dulu rasanya nggak mungkin, sekarang terasa bisa."
Dulu aku bingung menghadapi masa transisi hidupku. Sekarang aku lebih konsisten dan lebih terhubung sama diriku sendiri. Prosesnya pelan, tapi perubahannya kerasa sangat nyata.
